sponsoring a workshop “How to Attract and Photograph Backyard Wildlife”
Sat. April 4 from 1- 3 pm at the Rock Springs Nature Center in Decatur.
Richard and Susan Day of Daybreak Imagery (members of IL Audubon) will be the
presenters. It costs $15 per person to participate with advance

Annual Illinois Audubon Southern Illinois Trip (throughout Shawnee
Forest area) To observe 120+ species including most of the southern
Illinois specialties. The trip will include visits to several
Shawnee Forest sites, Union County Conservation Area, Mermet Lake
Conservation Area, Heron Pond Nature Preserve and Cypress Creek
National Wildlife Refuge.

Annual Illinois Audubon Trip to Northwestern Illinois. To
observe 100+ species including many of the northwestern Illinois
specialties. The trip will include visits to Mississippi
Palisades State Park, Lost Mound National Wildlilfe Refuge, portions of
the Upper Mississippi National Wildlife Refuge, Green River
Conservation Area, Lowden Miller State Forest and Nachusa Grasslands.
