Registration will be established for your workshop on the Chicago Flying WILD City Partners website.

Hosting a Flying WILD Educator Workshop

Prior to the class, facilitators will be sent the appropriate number of Flying WILD Activity Guides and Workshop Completion Certificates.

Facilitators must have these forms on hand for the workshop.

     Sign-In Sheet (requried for CPDUs)
     Flying WILD Walk-In Registration (if your are accepting walk-ins)
     Participant Information Forms
     Participant Workshop Evaluation
     Facilitator Reporting Form
     Photo Consent Forms (if applicable)

These forms must be returned within 14 days of the workshop to the Illinois Audubon Society, PO Box 2547, Springfield, IL, 62708.
